White wine

White wine is suitable for lean meat dishes such as chicken, turkey or fish. It goes harmoniously with desserts, salads, pastas, appetizers, seafood and Camembert or feta cheeses. For the Easter meal, don’t hesitate to place the white wine next to the drob, next to the chocolate (Muscat), next to the potato dish (Sauvignon Blanc) and next to the well-roasted chicken in the oven (Chardonnay).
