Gazprom claims that gas demand for Europe rose to 71.7 million cubic meters on April 30

European consumer demand for Russian gas supplies has risen to April 30 and amounted to 71.7 million cubic meters, Gazprom spokesman Sergei Kupriyanov said on Saturday. The transit itself from Russia continues as usual.

“Gazprom” supplies Russian gas for transit through the territory of Ukraine on a regular basis, in accordance with the confirmed requests of European consumers – 71.7 million cubic meters for April 30, “he said.

At its peak, demand in Europe reached 109.6 million cubic meters in early March.

Last Friday, the volume of orders was 65.4 million cubic meters, which is lower than the long-term deliveries by reservation for the transit of gas through Ukraine (about 109.5 million cubic meters per day).
