Gas prices in Europe fall below $ 900 per thousand cubic meters for first time in February

The price of gas in Europe during trading on the stock exchange fell below $ 900 per 1,000 cubic meters on Monday for the first time since February 22, according to the ICE Stock Exchange in London.

The July futures price at the Netherlands TTF hub fell to $ 894.5 per 1,000 cubic meters, or € 80.85 per MWh (based on the current euro / dollar exchange rate, ICE prices are in euros per MWh).

Overall, the cost of gas at the end of the day fell by 1.7%.
