The most recommended activities are: walking or cycling, walking, gardening and dancing.
Unhealthy eating usually leads to an increase in bad cholesterol. This increases the risk of suffering from cardiovascular disease and therefore brain damage. A diet based on the consumption of green vegetables, fruits and cereals helps us to protect our brain cells. Recommended foods for the brain include spinach, broccoli, fish, seeds and dried fruit.
